Content

Your Content

  • Content you provide as input (“Input”) and receive as output (“Output”) collectively constitutes “Content.”

  • You retain ownership of your Input and Output.

Content Usage

  • By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your Content to operate, maintain, and improve our Services.

  • You may opt out of having your Content used to improve our models by contacting support@vulnstrike.ai.

Accuracy

  • Outputs generated by our Services may not always be accurate or reliable. Evaluate all outputs critically and ensure they are appropriate for your use case.

Intellectual Property

  • VulnStrike.ai owns all intellectual property rights to the Services, including software, branding, and underlying technologies.

  • You may use VulnStrike.ai’s name and logo only in accordance with our brand guidelines.

Billing and Payments

Paid Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and ensuring payments are made promptly.

  • Payments for subscriptions and services are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing for our Services. Advance notice of at least 30 days will be provided for material changes.

Termination and Suspension

Termination by You

  • You may stop using our Services at any time.

Termination by Us

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Accounts inactive for more than one year may be terminated.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • VULNSTRIKE.AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

If you are a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold VulnStrike.ai harmless against claims arising from your use of the Services.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.

  • Both parties waive their right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

General Terms

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VulnStrike.ai.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website at least 30 days in advance.
