VulnStrike is building AI-driven cybersecurity solutions for enterprise risk reduction. We are an early-stage startup growing at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology.

We are looking for an early-career Business Development Representative who wants more than a standard entry-level sales role. This is an opportunity to work directly with founders, help build pipeline from the ground up, and earn through performance with meaningful upside.

We provide lead data, buying-signal intelligence, analytics, and CRM support to help you focus on outreach, qualification, and appointment setting.

THE ROLE
This role is focused on turning cold and warm leads into qualified meetings. You will engage prospects through outbound outreach, follow-up, and qualification. Your job is to create interest, identify fit, and convert lead activity into booked appointments for deeper sales conversations.

This is best suited for someone out of school or with less than 3 years of experience who wants to break into technology sales, work in a startup environment, and grow into a larger sales role over time.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Reach out to cold and warm leads through email, LinkedIn, phone, and follow-up sequences
Qualify prospects based on fit, need, interest, and timing
Convert outreach into booked discovery meetings and sales appointments
Keep CRM records clean and maintain strong follow-up discipline
Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and qualification notes
Work with founders to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach performance
Share market feedback from prospect conversations to strengthen positioning and execution

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, customer-facing support, or another client-facing role. Exposure to technology, SaaS, enterprise sales, cybersecurity, IT services, or B2B solution selling is strongly preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, or appointment setting is a plus. Strong interest in startups and performance-driven roles
